WMF2EPS simplifies the production of EPS graphics under Windows (95 / 98 / ME / NT4.0 / 2000 / XP). Most applications use Windows Metafile format (WMF) or Enhanced Metafile format (EMF) for handling both vector and bitmap graphics.
